Summer is here!

Summer is definitely here and we're all enjoying it. Even the hot weather last week didn't stop us from going outside and playing a little roundball. Our neighborhood had its annual garage sale the other day and the four of us had a great time walking around and check out all the stuff. Roman picked up a few toys along the way and Ruth got a few 'ohs' and 'ahs' from the other garage-salers.

We've been doing lots of cooking these days and even Roman is starting to 'help' get dinner ready. He likes to play with the kitchen scraps ... not the garbage, but the carrot peels and stuff. He's such a big helper. Here are a few dinnertime photos.

Our friends Justin and Jessica came over for dinner the other day and Roman loved hanging out with them. Justin quickly became his new buddy and he wanted to play with him all night. We've been informed by Roman that he's dreamed about playing basketball with Justin. In this picture he's showing them pictures of when he was a baby.

Our nights a pretty busy, but Ruth is starting to get on a bit of a schedule and Roman is still sleeping like a champ. Here are a few more photos ... enjoy.
