Hello again ... the kids are doing great and the weather is getting warmer, what more can we ask for? Ruth is growing so fast and Roman is becoming such a great little helper. Now that the weather the is starting to get warmer, we're playing outside even more. Roman is still obsessed with basketball. Lately he's enjoying blowing bubbles and watching the kids at the park play baseball.

Ruthie had her first overnight visit to Battle Creek over Memorial Day weekend and it was a big success. Both kids behaved great in the car - Ruth slept and Roman ate snacks the entire way. The weekend was really relaxing, Carl got to do some golfing and I went shopping for a little while. Roman learned how to fish and had a great time riding on the boat. Plus he played tons of basketball.

We're still trying hard to find things that Roman will eat. His sister Ruthie eats like a champ, but so far big brother isn't catching on to her example. Tonight we had turkey burgers for dinner and Roman actually ate a mini burger (and corn) that Carl cooked for him ... however, each time he took a bite we had to sing a song.
