Some of you may already know, but Meghan had a minor surgery to repair a hernia. She is pretty sore and not getting around too easily, so this post is from guest blogger Carl. I'll try to keep the integrity which Meghan has established. :)
About a month ago we noticed that Ruthie was singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and Bah Bah Black Sheep to herself. She sings it quite often and has gotten pretty good. We finally caught it on tape.
As huge fans of Michael Jackson, Meghan and I have been mourning his death by listening to a lot of his music over the past few days. (RIP MJ) Here is a video montage of Ruthie dancing to 'Remember the Time'. Roman makes a brief cameo as a background dancer.
We recently took a family vacation to Boyne Mountain and we really had a great time. It was just beautiful up there and the resort was really great. I am sure when Meghan is feeling better she will do a full post of pictures from the trip, but here is a great video of the kids. We discovered that Roman and Ruth loved getting blanket rides around the hotel room. For this ride, they decided they needed to get their backpacks on.
Monday thru Thursday, Meghan works 10 hour days, so she usually doesn't get home until about 6 or so. I usually make dinner, and sometimes Roman likes to pitch-in. Here he is standing on his stool by the kitchen counter with his special Wok, making a dish for Mom to enjoy when she gets home.

Carl - the integrity of the blog was kept to Meghan's standards...I'm sure she'd be proud.
Ruthie dancing was absolutely precious! And Roman has a career as a background dancer...for sure!!
