Back to where it all began ...

The weather was absolutely beautiful today ... sunny and almost 70 degrees, how is that for a mid-November day. We decided to take a trip to the UM Matthaei Botanical Gardens and do a little exploring. The botanical gardens hold a special place in our hearts because it's where Carl proposed. We were able to find the exact spot and do a little reminiscing. What a difference 8 years makes!

I love the two of you together and I am so glad that there is now four! This photo from his proposal makes me so happy, I remember it vividly (the photo and your excitement). This kids are gorgeous and I can't wait to see you all again soon. Miss you so much!
