Flying High

This warm weather has been awesome! We've been getting some good play time outside after dinner and the kids seem love it. This past weekend Ruthie took her first steps!! She is still pretty tentative, but she's getting more confident every day. In a few short weeks, Ruth will be one years old ... I'm not sure we're ready for life with two toddlers.

Last Sunday, Carl and Roman went to the rec center to play at the pool. Afterwards Carl asked Roman if he'd like to go play on the indoor jungle gym. Roman replied, "No, I'll just sit here and watch the girls" to which Carl answered "Okay by me." What a rascal!

Roman's also been telling us some pretty interesting stories while we eat dinner. They usually include a monster (aka 'The Bad Guy') and a policeman who takes the monster to jail. The stories also always include either Marty McFly or Doc Brown ... again, the obsession with Back to the Future.
